Printout Designer updates in July

Facebooktwitter

Greetings everyone! Yet another month has passed and we are glad to announce a couple of new feature we have added to Printout Designer. As you have noticed we have tried to improve Printout Designer every month and release new features that help store owners to save time and run their business more efficiently.

Save your invoices directly to Dropbox
We have added Dropbox integration that allows you to save all your invoices directly to your Dropbox folder. You can export multiple invoices with just couple of clicks. Furthermore, it is not limited to only invoices, but you can save any printout generated in Printout Designer – be it invoice, packing slip, shipping label or sales report. In the near future we will also add support for other popular cloud storage providers like Google Drive, OneDrive and others.

NB! Note that the Dropbox Saver opens in a pop-up window. You need to allow pop-ups from Printout Designer or the pop-up will likely be blocked by the browser.

Not sure if the client got the right invoice?
We heard that it is hard to keep track if the client got the correct invoice, especially if you are sending out hundreds of invoices per day and you have multiple templates in use. Until now there was no way to check it. We have fixed this problem and now you can see the template name used for generating the printout in the logs.
